We do it this way...

Understanding the problem to solve requires active discovery: observation, engagement and empathy. This human-centered approach aims to gather and document data about the client’s vision and goals, the end users, their needs and pain points, the company’s current structure and processes, the industry and the market. In this step, we know the actual state of the project.

Discover

Using the data from the discovery phase, we analyse/synthesise our findings in order to define the core problems to solve and plan the key actions to take. Those actions are the requirements that should be fulfilled in order to solve the problem(s), and should be subject to prioritization and constant evaluation throughout the project and product life cycle.

Define

This is where our creative team strives: we brainstorm ideas/concepts/strategies, talk personas and customer journey, wireframes.. The design step is where we ideate in order to best meet the predefined requirements, keeping in mind the client's vision and adhering to the project constraints. Product development is teamwork - the client's feedback being our guide!

Design

After ideation, comes prototyping : we create stripped down versions of the desired deliverable, including specific features, high fidelity wireframes, style guides, initial versions of strategies, calendars and mockups. Based on the client, team (and a bunch of end users) feedback, we experiment, test and either approve, improve or reject until we reach the best possible solution.

Develop

Deployment is the second part of development: we prepare for the broad launch of the solution via the campaign setup, final reviews of previous deliverables, verification of usability, and approval. This is where we get ready to go-live, then closely observe and monitor final users feedback to identify early bugs missed during the previous steps.

Deploy

Kicking off the project is not the final step in The Process: it's the beginning of the real work! Reviews and assessments of the final users, ongoing competitive analysis, governance and performance measuring, optimization and iteration all take place to continuously improve the solution, find the best product-market fit and achieve overall success and satisfaction!
